My name is Claire I am a equine, portrait and wedding photographer based in Sacramento, CA. I'm a horse crazed, dog obsessed art gal. I love fun coffee shops, I collect stickers from everywhere I've been (I can NEVER decide where to put them though), I was raised on the Island of Maui, I have a very fluffy dog named Maya, two horses, Easter and Fia and a crazy passion for everything photography. I have always loved photography, film, sounds, music, honestly anything that invokes emotion. I went to college at Savannah College of Art and Design where I fell in love with and majored in Film and TV. I have always had a passion for photography, but it wasn't until 2020 that I REALLY became obsessed. Capturing photos of my friends, horses, the animals at my parents' farm, horse shows, all of it. I just fell in love with the art of keeping time still.
The shutter makes my heart flutter.
I love getting that ONE shot that takes my breath away and gives me butterflies, whether it's a horse's perfect jump, an intimate candid moment between rider and horse, or between loved ones saying 'I Do' to their forever person.
I live for the "frozen in moment times" so you can feel the emotion forever.
